YB Plumbing & Heating attended a block of flats in Croydon that we manage to replace a leaking Stop Value. This was an urgent job as it was affecting a number of flats in the block. He informed all the residents that were affected in order to carry out the repairs. Feedback from the residents was that he was very polite and courteous and explained clearly what he was going to do. He sorted the problem in a timely manor and the residents were extremely pleased.

I was really happy with the work provided by YB plumbing and heating. The guys were really friendly and accommodating to the changes that I was making whilst the work was being carried out and we really courteous when i was working from home and they needed to do any work near to the room I was working in. Youssef of YB Plumbing was very professional from start to finish. Did a thorough job replacing an old bathroom toilet & hand basin unit and some cosmetic work around resealing various bath edges with silicon etc. No unexpected delays or additional costs. YB has worked on a number of jobs in my flat, recently I've gone through a distressing leak due to a broken water tank in the flat above mine - YB arrived within a couple of hours after reaching out, diagnosed the issue very quickly and effectively prevented a much bigger problem. Will be calling YB back again to replace my water tank!
